Extension to Existing Flats - Camden
Fenruary 2025
Working with a longstanding Architect, UVA Design, we successfully secured planning permission for an extension to an existing set of flats in the London Borough of Camden.
The project significantly improves the quality of the residential accomodation and follows a historic refusal where we were able to overcome the Councils issues.

Brent - Flats Considered Lawful
January 2025
Working with a property developer we secured confirmation from Brent Council that the historic use of the property as flats was lawful.
The application was support by significant background information and justification was provided in full.

Perth, Scotland - New Flat through Change of Use
September 2024
Working with a longstanding client, Panther Securities Plc, we were successful in securing Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the Change of Use of an historic retail unit to a flat.
The project was complex given the historic nature of the site.

Bickerseth Road - Wandsworth - Lawful Use 3 x Flats
Junly 2024
Working with a local property developer we secured confirmation from Wandsworth Council that the historic use of the property as flats was lawful.
The application was support by significant background information and justification was provided in full.

Lower Grosvenor Street - Westminster - Listed Building Consent
June 2024
Working closely with an existing business owner in Westminster we secured Listed Building Consent for internal alterations needed to open a new retail unit.
We continue to work with the client on their other projects.

Theatre Street - Wandsworth - 6 New Houses under Class MA
May 2024
Working with Drewin Developments and Gbolade we successfully secured consent under Class MA of the GPDO for the conversion of existing buildings to 6 no. flats.
The consent is part of an ongoing strategy for residential development at the site.

Taylors Yard, Alderbrook Road, London
May 2023
Wandsworth Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission for various works at Taylors Yard including a roof extension, roof terrace and external changes to enable residential use. We were working on this scheme with @drewin.developments and @remict_studio for well over a year having initialy sought and gained a change of use from commercial to residential under Class MA of the GPDO. Proof that having a strategy in place pays off.

141 London Road North, Lowestoft, Major Mixed Use Scheme
May 2023
Working with Panther Securities Plc we have recently submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of 141 London Road North, Lowestoft. The submission of the planning application follows extensive pre-application discussions with East Suffolk Council and seeks to secure 45 new residential dwellings on the site in addition to commercial units.

Liston Road, Conservation Area, Roof Terrace Appeal Success
May 2023
We were successful in securing planning permission at Appeal for the development of a roof terrace at Liston Road in London.

Lauderdale Parade, Conservation Area, New Shopfront, Appeal Success
December 2022
We were successful in securing planning permission for a new shopfront and signage on Lauderdale Parade at Appeal. The Appeal was one of a number of successful outcomes at the site.

Portchester Court, Class MA COU, Planning Success
October 2022
Working with Holden Property Group and Dash Architects we were successful in securing planning permission for the conversion of a commercial unit at Portchester Court in London into a residential dwelling.
We continue to work with Holden Property Group and Dash Arcitects on a variety of projects.

Alma Place - COU to Residential - Appeal Success
July 2022
Working with Drewin Developments Limited we were successful in securing a change of use of a fomer office unit to a residential dwelling. The Appeal success followed extensive pre-application discussions with Bromley Council.
We continue to work with Drewin Developments on a variety of similar projects across London.

Mallards, Residential Dwelling in the Green Belt and Flood Plain
November 2021
Working closely with archiects Jack Dusek and Co. we were successful in securing planning permisson for a new residential dwellng on land in the flood plain and Green Belt adjacent to the River Thames in Bourne End.

Killingdown Farm Public Inquiry
December 2021
We acted as Advocate and representated Croxley Green Parish Council and Local Residents for the duration of the two week Public Enquiry into the refusal of Planning Permission for a major residential development at Killindown Farm.

London Bridge Rooftop Bar
February 2021
Working with architects Hatch and Mason Limited we successfully secured planning permission from the London Borough of Lambeth for the change of use of the rooftop of Colechurch House, opposite the Shard at London Bridge, to be used as a Rooftop Bar.

Meridian Home Start, Affordable Housing, Woolwich
February 2020
We worked closely with developer Meridian Home Start in securing planning permission for 46 new dwellings on brownfield land in Woolwich, London.
