Working with Architects and Consultant Teams

Are you an Architect or a Development with a site that you are working on that you think is suitable for development but you need some expert planning input – We can help!

We find that Architects do not work well in isolation. All of our success comes from working collaboratively with other professionals. Primarily this involves working with Architects.  Architects design schemes that will look good and meet requirements for matters such as Building Regulations and take projects through construction. However, Architects are often not experts in Town Planning matters and that is where we come in.

We have many years of experience, working across London and the South East on projects where we liaise directly with Architects and other external consultants, for instance Transport Consultants.

 We actively liaise with Architects and consultants on everything that is required to get planning permission from drawing work on initial site feasibility through to detailed planning drawings and discharge of condition.

We advise on the specific requirements that drawings and consultant reports have to meet in order to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.

We provide the guidance and supervision to ensure that a scheme designed by others can get planning permission.
